I continue to be very happy with the care I receive at Dr Sanghi's office. Office staff is courteous and wait time is minimal. Dr. Sanghi is very good at explaining care considerations and includes me in making decisions of future care.

Dr Sanghi he's very thorough and takes time to explain and answer questions. This is very important to me since I like a good understanding before making a decisions going forward. I have been a patient there for less than a year now and so far everyone I have interacted with has been wonderful.

This place is ok, but Dr Sanghi needs to explain to pts before changing or adding any new medications, I was not given any explanation or reason why he lowered my heart medication,there are so many things to be considered before taken a very serious action,I was taken heart medication for more than a decade, and suddenly he lowered with out giving me a reason, I thought because my B/P has been in lower range, doesn't mean it's low... I suffer from arithmias, I feel wonderful since my cardiologist back in kaiser Permanente prescribed it , I had worked in the medical field for 25 years and know how the system works, priority is PTS health and SAFETY, communication at must, At all times.

Out of all the cardiologists I have dealt with in my 67 years, Dr. Sanghi is the best. He is compassionate, caring, extremely knowledgeable, and I trust him with my life.

Wait longer than expected. Appt 2pm. I checked in at 12 :40. Didn't see doc till 2:18

The time and the girls were awesome as Well as the receptionist. The Doctor was very good at getting me prepared for other important things. I feel fairly good about getting my Heart back on track !

I am so happy to find this cardiologist in Sierra Vista. All my visits have been pleasant and informative. The staff here is concerned with my health and always have the time to discuss my options. You make a lot of demands showing up 15 minutes before your appointment to sit in the waiting room for over 1 hour after your sched time. Maybe you should schedule less patient appointments or get more Drs

The entire staff is very professional, efficient and welcoming. The facility is very clean and the practitioners have all made me feel at ease! I particularly appreciate that each person you encounter tells you what they are doing and what comes next. They also tell you where to go each step of the way so you don’t feel lost. Dr. Sanghi is super about being to the point in his medical advice and very kind. I felt he gave me adequate time to ask my questions and he gave thorough, understandable answers! He provided an excellent plan for my treatment to follow and I left knowing what my medical problem was and confident in the plan for remedy! It is obvious to me the professional atmosphere is due to people who clearly enjoy their work; and it shows in their outstanding care and treatment of patients!

Vista was ok, however there was not a lot of explanation as to why certain tests were being ordered, and not much of a discussion or explanation of the information that came back on the 30 day heart monitor that were having them order the tests, doctor was pleasant

I was quite surprised at how friendly Rebecca was, very infirative as well. I thought I would have to wait fir the Dr, I was one if several oatients to be talked to by the Dr. He was in my room inba matter if 5 minutes. Definitely, nit the norm from my experience. The Dr was friendly but even more so, hadvavfreat sense of humor which is nit the norm either. He listened to me and gave me encouraging advise. When I came home I was sitting with my neighbir ladies and told them about my visit that day with Dr Sanghi. One of the gals turned to me and said "he's my Dr as well and I think he is very good looking, well groomed and has agreed sense if humor" I looked at her with my jaw dropped and said " girl, me too!" We just smiled at each other. All in all I highly recommend the Dr. I only wish there were more like him ( and all the office workers fir that matter. Very friendly)

Good care. Explain things well and give printout of next appointments and summary of last appointment and efficient staff. They are very helpful.

Concern for my husband's health resulted in a quickly scheduled test to confirm the situation. We were also able to get an appointment to review the results the next day. The results were explained to us thoroughly and a plan was made for his continued care.

I was pleasantly surprised at the feedback and recommendations I received.

No one greeted me when i came in and there was a long wait in line before someone could sign me in.

The staff was friendly and patient while making my next appointment. I like that I can get my records through the portal and still get instructions for next visit in written form. New facility is nice and spacious. When seen, Dr. Sanghi and nurse practitioner Meredith were attentive and listened. I never felt rushed.

Everyone in the office is very nice and professional. My only complaint is that I waited almost 1-1/2 hours before I saw the doctor. I can understand a short wait time, but this is way too long. I hope this gets addressed in the near future.

I have always had a great experience and care when I come here. It has been about 5 1/2 years and I have no complaints. Dr. Sanghi's staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Sanghi is a very caring doctor and I feel his treatment has been the best I could have.

Didn't know where suite 103 was.. not clearly marked on building or in the lobby for suite 101. Front desk has my upcoming appointments wrong I think. I left a voicemail message yesterday about this.

The staff was helpful and courteous. I have an outstanding balance that I was unaware of and they worked with me and I was able to see the doctor. The doctor in the beginning i thought had horrible bedside manner but as I continue to see him that opinion has changed and he has become welcoming and kind.

Dr Sanghi is very personable, knowledgeable and takes time to listen to his patient. He establishes a very good rapport with his patients. If you are looking for a a great cardiologist, I highly recommend him.

Had to wait a little longer than I expected to. The doctor and staff were all very courteous and welcoming. They are about to move into their new building and I'm sure there's a lot of turmoil there right now because of the upcoming move.

The only challenge was finding the temporary office. I did not know of the move. The visit went very well. All my questions were answered.

Impossible to get a human on the phone! Even when you leave messages, no one calls back. Your front and back office staff are lovely, but hire someone to answer the phone. Also, need to let people know where your temporarily located.
